1. The Vatican's ET agenda involves extraterrestrial evangelism.

Should intelligent alien life be found, Fr. Coyne said, “the Church would be obliged to address the question of whether extraterrestrials might be brought within the fold and baptized.”

Spreading the Gospel. The Roman Catholic Church, according to some reports, is teaming up with NASA to look for life in outer space and so spread the Gospel to extraterrestrials. Jesuit priests who run the Vatican Observatory near Rome are allegedly joining forces with NASA to hunt for UFOs and signs of life on planets in solar systems similar to Earth's. This mission includes the possibility of baptizing extraterrestrials into the Roman Catholic Church.

Contradictory claims. While the VORG has denied teaming up with NASA to spread the Gospel to extraterrestrials, the initial claim by Coyne frames more recent comments by Balducci, Consolmagno, and Funes in an eerie new light. Perhaps their so-called speculations are meant to prepare mankind for disclosure, and if so, it will be the strong delusion predicted in biblical prophecy.

Preparing for disclosure. The Vatican's spokespersons and the question of extraterrestrials and salvation suggest that the church is attempting to soften the blow before disclosure arrives, in order to help the faithful retain their orthodoxy in light of unprecedented forthcoming knowledge. This might be part of a push to demonstrate the Vatican's embrace of science.

2. The Mt. Graham observatory complex is a key location for Vatican ET research.

The highest levels of Vatican administration and geo-politics, know that, now, knowledge of what’s going on in space, and what’s approaching us, could be of great import in the next five years, ten years.

Strategic location. The Mt. Graham International Observatory in Arizona, home to the Vatican Advanced Technology Telescope (VATT), the Submillimeter Telescope (SMT), and the Large Binocular Telescope (LBT), is a premiere astronomical site. The VATT facility is the brainchild of Jesuit George V. Coyne, who became director of the Vatican Observatory in 1978. The location is no accident, as Tucson is a virtual "Holy See" for astronomers.

Advanced technology. The VATT boasts a 1.8-m f/1.0 honeycombed construction, borosilicate primary mirror. The LBT on Mt. Graham boasts two 8.4-meter diameter mirrors for a total collecting area corresponding to a single circular mirror with a diameter of 11.8 meters. The LUCIFER device at Mt. Graham is described on the Vatican Observatory website as "NASA AND THE VATICAN’S INFRARED TELESCOPE CALLED [LUCIFER]—A German built, NASA and The Vatican owned and funded Infrared Telescope…for looking at NIBIRU/NEMESIS."

Controversy and assimilation. The Mt. Graham International Observatory has come to be the premiere astronomical site on the planet through a highly contentious process. The San Carlos Apache Tribe had originally joined environmentalists who sought, among other things, to protect the Sacred Grounds and American Red Squirrel, in filing dozens of lawsuits before a federal appeals court to stop the construction of the observatories on Mt. Graham, but the project ultimately prevailed after an act by the United States Congress allowed it.

3. The "Days of Noah" parallel warns of end-time deceit and genetic manipulation.

But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Pember's parallels. George Hawkens Pember listed seven parallels between the antediluvian age and the days of the Son of Man: 1) an overemphasis on God’s mercy at the expense of His holiness; 2) a disregard for gender roles and contempt for marriage; 3) how technology and entertainment entice man away from worshipping God; 4) the alliance between the nominal Church and the world; 5) a vast population increase; 6) the rejection of prophetic warnings and preaching; and 7) “the appearance upon earth of beings from the Principality of the Air, and their unlawful intercourse with the human race.”

Modern relevance. These parallels find ready correspondence in a humanistic denial of human sinfulness, the rise of radical secularism, and the widespread acceptance of sexual immorality. World population has more than tripled from around 2 billion, when Pember wrote, to 7.4 billion today. The violence of Noah’s day is paralleled by new levels of depravity in our own.

UFOs and the days of Noah. Pember asserted, “The seventh and most fearful characteristic of the days of Noah was the unlawful appearance among men of beings from another sphere." Despite overwhelming evidence, UFOs are not taken seriously, and there is a very real taboo on the subject. Jesus’ admonition was that people would ignore the signs.

4. Human-animal hybrids and transhumanism echo ancient Watcher technology.

A new instrument with an evil-sounding name is helping scientists see how stars are born.

Transhumanist ambitions. Nick Bostrom, a leading advocate of transhumanism, envisions remanufacturing humans with animals, plants, and other synthetic life forms through the use of modern sciences. Preternatural capabilities. Some animals can "sense" earthquakes and "smell" tumors. Others, like dogs, can hear sounds as high as 40,000 Hz—and dolphins can hear even higher. It has also been shown that at least some animals see wavelengths beyond normal human capacity that, according to the biblical story of Balaam’s donkey, may allow certain animals to see into the spirit world.

Modern Nephilim. Genetically engineered modern "Nephilim" could be walking among us now—alien/human hybrids that appear to be Homo sapien but that hypothetically can see and even interact with invisible forces, including those "Other-Worldly Entities/Extraterrestrials" that VATT astronomers and transhumanists are looking for. The story of Nimrod illustrates how, through genetic influences such as a retrovirus or germ-line genetic engineering, a living specimen’s DNA could be coded to make it a “fit extension” for infection by an other-dimensional entity.

5. UFOs and related phenomena are part of a planetary control system.

To prevent genuine scientific study from being organized, all that is needed is to maintain a certain threshold of ridicule around the phenomenon.

The Wendt-Duvall analysis. Political sovereignty is man-centered or anthropocentric. The elites base their status on the assumption of naturalism, and man being the pinnacle of nature places themselves as universal sovereigns. In this way, the existence of entities other than man threatens the elite’s claim to power.

6. Astrobiology is a faith-based initiative driven by a naturalistic worldview.

The study of astrobiology is quite appropriate for the Pontifical Academy of Sciences, which is based on a multi-disciplinary collaboration.

Astrobiology defined. Astrobiology is the study of the origin, evolution, distribution, and future of life in the universe. It is driven more by an ideology than a science.

The Copernican principle. This tenet states that the Earth is not in a central, preferred position in the cosmos. Naturalists extrapolate the "principle of mediocrity," the idea that the Earth is a mediocre planet among many and, by combining the assumptions of Darwinism and origins of life research, humanity is merely an evolved primate of no special significance.

The search for exoplanets. A main goal of the LBT program is to search for Earthlike planets and extraterrestrial life. The LBT is equipped especially for this purpose. The LBT’s adaptive optics and interferometry help overcome distortions.

7. The Rare Earth hypothesis challenges the assumption of ubiquitous life.

Nature and the Earth are just there, blah! And there will be a time when they are not there.… It is precisely the failure to make the distinctions I mention above [between Nature, Earth, cultures, human beings] that has created a kind of environmentalism and religiosity to which I cannot subscribe and which must be suppressed with all the force that we can muster.

Fortuitous circumstances. The emergence of complex life requires a host of fortuitous circumstances not accounted for by most astrobiologists. These include: 1) the right location in the right kind of galaxy; 2) orbiting at the right distance from the right type of star; 3) with the right arrangement of planets; 4) a continuously stable orbit; 5) of the right size; 6) with a large moon; 7) plate tectonics; and 8) evolution from simple cells to complex life.

Earth's unique features. The Earth's size is ideal, and our moon is "somewhat of a freak because of its large size in comparison to its parent planet." Plate tectonics is essential for recycling carbon, providing nutrients, and maintaining our atmosphere.

The anthropic principle. The finely tuned essential characteristics, which make life possible on Earth, are known as the "anthropic principle," implying that the universe appears to be designed with us in mind. The probability of finding just one planet capable of supporting life within the observable universe is less than 1 chance in 10^174.

8. The Bible's philosophy of history centers on Earth and humanity.

Earth's central role. The Bible presents the ultimate account of history with a cosmic scope. It has a very real and decisive goal in the return of Jesus Christ. The biblical philosophy of history accounts for the range of events from the dawn of Creation to the return of Christ.

The incarnation. The Second Person of the Trinity, the One who brought the entire universe into existence, became an everlasting member of the human race in the incarnation. He ascended to heaven bodily and sits on His throne as a man.

The curse of creation. Many believe that the Fall of man extended into the realm of nature. The New Testament is clear that angels rebelled and the Earth is currently under the power of a usurper.

9. The coming great deception will involve a false messiah and alien saviors.

The highest levels of Vatican administration and geo-politics, know that, now, knowledge of what’s going on in space, and what’s approaching us, could be of great import in the next five years, ten years.

End-time warnings. Jesus warned of a coming era of unprecedented deceit and delusion. There is an ultimate deception in the making—the preparation for the white horse of Revelation 6.

The strong delusion. Paul wrote that prior to Christ’s return there will be an apostasy and appearance of “a man of sin” who will proclaim to be God. This “man of sin” is widely considered to be the Antichrist or the “the Beast” in the book of Revelation.

The alien savior. The move by modern scientists and transhumanists to revive Watcher technology and to blend humans with animals could be a subset of a larger alien-human breeding program already in motion. The parallel formations of UFOs over Rome and Washington, D.C., suggest that these cities might be the chosen locations where an Alien Savior stages The Revealing.

10. The Vatican is preparing for the arrival of an alien savior.

Official disclosure. High-ranking spokespersons for the Vatican have in recent years increasingly offered language acknowledging the likelihood of extraterrestrial intelligence and the dramatic role ET’s introduction to human civilization could play in regard to altering established creeds about anthropology, philosophy, religion, and redemption.

The Jesus seed. Guy Consolmagno's job includes reconciling "the wildest reaches of science fiction with the flint-eyed dogma of the Holy See" and that his latest mental meander was about "the Jesus Seed," described as "a brain-warping theory which speculates that, perhaps, every planet that harbours intelligent, self-aware life may also have had a Christ walk across its methane seas, just as Jesus did here on Earth in Galilee.

The extraterrestrial is my brother. Father Funes responds to the question of whether extraterrestrials would need to be redeemed, which he believes should not be assumed. “God was made man in Jesus to save us,” he says. “If other intelligent beings exist, it is not said that they would have need of redemption. They could remain in full friendship with their Creator.”
