External alignment. Balancing the external environment involves aligning actions with favorable times and relationships. This includes identifying weak and strong periods associated with planetary influences for starting jobs or making plans, selecting compatible numbers for friends, partners, and even residential numbers. Working with the natural energy flow described for each number helps save energy and make better choices.

Ayurvedic connection. Each number is linked to a dominant humor (vata, pitta, or kapha) based on its ruling planet, influencing physical and mental makeup and susceptibility to certain diseases.
