Andrew Weissmann is a distinguished legal scholar and prosecutor who served as a lead prosecutor in Robert Mueller's Special Counsel's Office investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election.
His extensive career includes serving as Chief of the Justice Department's Fraud Section, FBI General Counsel, and director of the Enron Task Force.
As a federal prosecutor in New York's Eastern District for fifteen years, he prosecuted major organized crime figures from the Colombo, Gambino, and Genovese families.
Currently a Professor of Practice teaching national security and criminal procedure, Weissmann co-hosts the podcast Prosecuting Donald Trump and provides legal analysis for NBC/MSNBC while contributing to major publications.
