Under his real name, Chris Ewan, he has also authored Safe House, Dark Tides, Dead Line, Long Time Lost, and the beloved Good Thief's Guide mystery series featuring globetrotting thief Charlie Howard.
Born in Taunton in 1976, he studied American Studies at the University of Nottingham and later trained as a lawyer.
After eleven years on the Isle of Man, he now lives in Somerset, England, writing full time with his wife and two children.
