Kate Cole-Adams is an Australian writer and journalist based in Melbourne, where she lives with her family.
Her debut novel, Walking to the Moon, was published by Text Publishing in 2008 after being shortlisted in the Victorian Premier's Literary Awards for an Unpublished Manuscript in 2006.
Her second book, Anesthesia: The Gift of Oblivion & The Mystery of Consciousness, reflects over a decade of research into consciousness and anesthesia, combining her journalistic skills with personal narrative.
