Alexis Ohanian
Alexis Ohanian is an American internet entrepreneur and investor best known as the co-founder of Reddit.
Born to an Armenian-American father and German-born mother, Ohanian grew up in Maryland.
He attended the University of Virginia, where he met Reddit co-founder Steve Huffman.
After graduating in 2005, they launched Reddit, which was acquired by Condé Nast in 2006.
Ohanian later co-founded Initialized Capital and became a vocal advocate for internet freedom, playing a key role in the SOPA/PIPA protests.
He has invested in numerous startups and is known for his work promoting entrepreneurship and technology innovation.
