Donatella Di Pietrantonio
Donatella Di Pietrantonio is an Italian author and pediatric dentist born and raised in Arsita, a small village in Teramo province.
She now resides in Penne.
Di Pietrantonio has been writing since childhood, penning stories, fables, and poems before moving on to novels.
Her debut novel, "My Mother Is a River," won multiple literary prizes in Italy and was translated into German.
Her second book, "Bella Mia," also received critical acclaim, winning the Brancati Prize.
"A Girl Returned" is her third novel and has garnered international recognition, solidifying her reputation as a talented contemporary Italian writer.
