Jacques Philippe
Jacques Philippe was born in 1947 in Lorraine, France.
After studying mathematics and teaching, he joined the Community of the Beatitudes in 1976.
He spent time in Jerusalem and Nazareth studying Hebrew and Christianity's Jewish roots.
In 1981, he went to Rome for theology and canon law studies, later becoming involved in spiritual direction and priest formation.
Philippe has written five books on spirituality based on his retreat themes.
He continues to focus on spiritual direction, preaching retreats, and developing the Community in Asia and Oceania.
His work has gained international recognition, with his books being widely read and appreciated for their spiritual insights.
