Jason R Briggs grew up in Hawke's Bay on New Zealand's east coast but has since spent considerable time traveling, which he humorously describes as being "strapped inside a glorified tin can with wings." His experiences living in different countries seem to have influenced his perspective, as he now often finds himself grumbling about various aspects of life in England, including the weather, the people on the Underground, and the lack of proper antipodean lager.
