Joseph McMoneagle is a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer who participated in remote viewing operations and experiments with U.S. Army Intelligence and the Stanford Research Institute.
He was among the first recruits for the classified Stargate Project, which ran from 1978 to 1995.
