Geshe Michael Roach is an American Buddhist teacher and businessman.
He graduated from Princeton University and later became the first American to receive the Geshe degree after 25 years of study at Sera Mey Buddhist Monastery in India.
Roach co-founded Andin International Diamond Corporation, which grew to $250 million in annual sales before being acquired by Warren Buffett.
He used his profits to support charitable organizations.
Roach has authored several books combining Buddhist principles with business practices, drawing on his unique experiences in both monastic study and corporate success.
