Milton William Cooper, also known as Bill Cooper, was a former U.S. Navy veteran and conspiracy theorist.
He gained notoriety for his book "Behold a Pale Horse" and his radio show "Hour of the Time." Cooper's work focused on exposing alleged government secrets, including UFOs, secret societies, and global conspiracies.
He lectured extensively across the United States and was considered highly controversial.
Cooper's FBI file was reportedly part of the "Filegate" scandal during the Clinton administration.
In November 2001, Cooper was killed in a shootout with law enforcement at his Arizona home.
His legacy continues through his website, maintained by friends who preserve and promote his work.
