Unice holds degrees from the College of William and Mary and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
She serves on the boards of East Mountain and CHAT, and is the ministry director at Hope Church in Richmond, Virginia, where she leads the Praxis ministry residency program for young leaders.
