Nigel Biggar CBE is Emeritus Regius Professor of Moral Theology at Oxford University and Distinguished Scholar in Residence at Pusey House, Oxford.
He holds degrees in Modern History from Oxford and Christian Theology & Ethics from the University of Chicago.
Appointed CBE for services to Higher Education in 2021, he has written extensively on ethics, war, and nationalism.
Biggar has contributed to major publications and served on numerous prestigious committees, including the Royal College of Physicians and the Pontifical Academy for Life.
