Rebecca Goldstein
Rebecca Newberger Goldstein is a philosopher, novelist, and MacArthur Fellow.
She earned her Ph.D. in philosophy from Princeton and taught at Barnard College.
Goldstein has written several novels and non-fiction works, often exploring philosophical themes in accessible ways.
Her books include "The Mind-Body Problem," "Incompleteness: The Proof and Paradox of Kurt Gödel," and "Betraying Spinoza." She has received numerous awards for her writing, including the National Jewish Book Award and the Whiting Writer's Award.
Goldstein is married to linguist Steven Pinker and is known for her ability to blend philosophical concepts with compelling storytelling.
