Satoshi Yagisawa is a Japanese author born in Chiba, Japan, in 1977.
He graduated from the College of Art at Nihon University.
His debut novel, Days at the Morisaki Bookshop, was published in 2009 and won the Chiyoda Literature Prize.
The book was later adapted into a film in 2010, starring Akiko Kikuchi.
