Sulari Gentill began her career as a corporate lawyer before discovering her true calling as a writer.
She is best known for her ten-volume Rowland Sinclair Mysteries, a historical crime series set in 1930s Australia, as well as the Hero Trilogy and the Ned Kelly Award-winning Crossing the Lines.
In 2019, she represented Australian crime writing as part of a delegation touring the United States.
Gentill lives with her husband and sons on a small farm in Batlow, Australia, where she cultivates French Black Truffles and writes crime fiction, cheekily referring to her writing as "work.".
