Key Takeaways

1. The Human Energy Field: Our Biological and Spiritual Blueprint

Everything that is alive pulsates with energy and all of this energy contains information.

Our energy field is a living system. It extends beyond our physical body and serves as both an information center and a highly sensitive perceptual system. This field contains and reflects each individual's energy, including emotional, psychological, and spiritual components of our experiences.

The energy field influences our physical health. It carries the emotional energy created by our internal and external experiences, both positive and negative. This emotional force directly impacts the physical tissue within our bodies, creating a tangible link between our biography and our biology.

  • Key components of the human energy field:
    • Surrounds the body, extending as far as outstretched arms
    • Carries information about our experiences and emotions
    • Communicates with other people's energy fields
    • Directly influences physical health and well-being

2. Biography Becomes Biology: How Our Experiences Shape Our Health

Every thought you have had has traveled through your biological system and activated a physiological response.

Our life experiences become encoded in our biology. The emotions from our experiences become embedded in our cell tissue, generating a quality of energy that reflects those emotions. This process creates an energy language that carries literal and symbolic information, which can be read by medical intuitives.

Healing requires addressing the emotional root causes. To truly heal, we must look beyond just physical symptoms and address the underlying emotional and spiritual issues. This often involves releasing negative patterns, forgiving past injuries, and aligning our choices with our authentic selves.

  • Examples of biography becoming biology:
    • Childhood traumas affecting adult health
    • Relationship stress manifesting as physical ailments
    • Work-related pressures contributing to chronic conditions
    • Unresolved emotional conflicts leading to disease

3. Personal Power: The Foundation of Health and Healing

Power is at the root of the human experience.

Personal power is essential for health and healing. Our relationship to power is at the core of our health. When we feel powerless or give our power away to external sources, we become susceptible to illness and dis-ease. Conversely, cultivating a strong sense of personal power enhances our ability to heal and maintain good health.

Reclaiming our power is a journey of self-discovery. It involves recognizing where we've given our power away, understanding our fears and limitations, and making conscious choices to align with our authentic selves. This process often requires confronting uncomfortable truths and making significant life changes.

  • Key aspects of personal power:
    • Self-awareness and self-knowledge
    • Ability to make conscious choices
    • Setting and maintaining healthy boundaries
    • Trusting one's intuition and inner guidance
    • Taking responsibility for one's life and health

4. The Seven Sacred Truths: Aligning Body, Mind, and Spirit

We are simultaneously matter and spirit.

The seven sacred truths form our spiritual-biological blueprint. These truths are embodied in our seven power centers or chakras, and are reflected in various spiritual traditions, including the Hindu chakras, Christian sacraments, and Kabbalistic Tree of Life. Understanding and aligning with these truths can lead to profound healing and spiritual growth.

Each truth corresponds to a specific area of our lives. From our connection to tribal power and relationships to our ability to surrender to divine will, these truths guide us through the essential lessons of human experience. By honoring these truths, we can achieve greater harmony between our physical, emotional, and spiritual selves.

  • The Seven Sacred Truths:
    1. All Is One (Tribal Power)
    2. Honor One Another (Relationships)
    3. Honor Oneself (Personal Power)
    4. Love Is Divine Power (Emotional Power)
    5. Surrender Personal Will to Divine Will (Willpower)
    6. Seek Only the Truth (Mind Power)
    7. Live in the Present Moment (Spiritual Connection)

5. Tribal Power: Understanding Our Roots and Relationships

No one begins life as a conscious "individual" with conscious willpower.

Our tribal connections shape our early identity. We are born into a tribe or family, which provides our first experiences of belonging, safety, and power. These early experiences form the foundation of our beliefs, attitudes, and ways of interacting with the world.

Evolving beyond tribal consciousness is a crucial step in personal growth. While tribal connections provide important support, they can also limit our individual development. Learning to honor our roots while developing our own identity and beliefs is a key challenge in spiritual and personal growth.

  • Key aspects of tribal power:
    • Provides a sense of belonging and identity
    • Shapes our early beliefs and attitudes
    • Can limit personal growth if not transcended
    • Influences our health through shared beliefs and behaviors
    • Affects our ability to form relationships outside the tribe

6. The Power of Choice: Navigating Relationships and Creativity

Choice is the process of creation itself.

Our choices shape our reality. Every decision we make, whether conscious or unconscious, contributes to the creation of our experiences. Understanding the power of choice empowers us to take responsibility for our lives and actively participate in our own healing and growth.

Creativity and relationships are key areas for exercising choice. These aspects of life provide rich opportunities for self-discovery and personal growth. By making conscious choices in our creative pursuits and relationships, we can align more closely with our authentic selves and manifest our true potential.

  • Areas where the power of choice is crucial:
    • Relationships: choosing partners, setting boundaries
    • Creativity: expressing our unique gifts and talents
    • Career: aligning work with personal values and passions
    • Health: making lifestyle choices that support well-being
    • Spirituality: choosing beliefs and practices that resonate

7. Honor Oneself: Developing Self-Esteem and Personal Authority

Self-understanding and acceptance, the bond we form with ourselves, is in many ways the most crucial spiritual challenge we face.

Self-esteem is the foundation of personal power. How we feel about ourselves determines the quality of our life, our capacity to succeed in relationships and career, and our ability to heal. Developing genuine self-esteem requires honest self-reflection and a willingness to challenge limiting beliefs.

Personal authority emerges from self-respect. As we learn to honor ourselves, we develop the capacity to make decisions based on our own inner guidance rather than external pressures. This internal authority allows us to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and authenticity.

  • Steps to develop self-esteem and personal authority:
    1. Practice self-reflection and honest self-assessment
    2. Challenge and release limiting beliefs
    3. Set and maintain healthy boundaries
    4. Cultivate self-compassion and forgiveness
    5. Take responsibility for personal choices and actions

8. Love as Divine Power: The Heart of Emotional Healing

Love in its purest form—unconditional love—is the substance of the Divine, with its endless capacity to forgive us and respond to our prayers.

Love is the most powerful healing force. The energy of love has the capacity to transform our emotional wounds, heal relationships, and connect us to our deepest spiritual nature. Cultivating unconditional love for ourselves and others is a key to emotional and spiritual health.

Forgiveness is an essential aspect of love's healing power. Learning to forgive ourselves and others releases us from the burden of past hurts and allows us to live more fully in the present. Forgiveness is not about condoning harmful actions, but about freeing ourselves from the negative energy of resentment and blame.

  • Ways to cultivate love's healing power:
    • Practice self-love and self-compassion
    • Develop empathy and compassion for others
    • Learn to forgive yourself and others
    • Cultivate gratitude for life's blessings
    • Engage in acts of kindness and service

9. Surrender Personal Will to Divine Will: Aligning with Higher Purpose

Surrender to Divine authority means liberation from physical illusions, not from the delights and comfort of physical life.

Surrendering to Divine will is not about giving up. Rather, it's about aligning our personal desires and actions with a higher purpose. This surrender often leads to a deeper sense of peace, purpose, and fulfillment as we learn to trust in a greater wisdom than our own limited perspective.

The process of surrender often involves facing our fears. We may fear losing control or comfort, but true surrender actually leads to greater freedom and joy. It requires developing trust in the Divine and in the inherent goodness of life, even when faced with challenges.

  • Steps towards surrendering to Divine will:
    1. Cultivate awareness of a higher purpose
    2. Practice letting go of the need to control outcomes
    3. Develop trust in Divine guidance
    4. Act on intuitive promptings and synchronicities
    5. Maintain faith during periods of uncertainty or challenge

10. Seek Only the Truth: Developing Wisdom and Symbolic Sight

Spiritual maturity is measured not by the sophistication of a person's opinions, but by their genuineness and the courage necessary to express and maintain them.

Seeking truth requires developing discernment. We must learn to distinguish between illusion and reality, between fear-based thinking and genuine insight. This process involves challenging our assumptions, being open to new perspectives, and developing the courage to face uncomfortable truths.

Symbolic sight is a key to deeper understanding. This is the ability to perceive the symbolic meaning behind events, relationships, and experiences. Developing symbolic sight allows us to see beyond surface appearances and understand the deeper lessons and patterns in our lives.

  • Practices for developing wisdom and symbolic sight:
    • Regular self-reflection and introspection
    • Studying spiritual teachings and philosophies
    • Practicing mindfulness and present-moment awareness
    • Seeking feedback and perspectives from others
    • Paying attention to dreams and intuitive insights

11. Live in the Present Moment: Connecting to Our Spiritual Nature

We are not meant to die in pain and in disease. The conscious mind is able to release the spirit from the body without having to endure the pain of physical decay.

Living in the present moment is the key to spiritual awareness. When we fully inhabit the present, we open ourselves to the flow of Divine energy and guidance. This state of presence allows us to respond to life with greater clarity, compassion, and wisdom.

Our spiritual nature transcends physical limitations. By cultivating a strong connection to our spiritual essence, we can face life's challenges, including illness and death, with greater peace and acceptance. This doesn't mean denying physical reality, but rather understanding it within a larger spiritual context.

  • Practices for living in the present moment:
    • Mindfulness meditation
    • Cultivating gratitude for the present moment
    • Releasing attachment to past and future
    • Engaging fully in current activities and relationships
    • Regular spiritual practices (prayer, meditation, etc.)
