1. The Universe is a Unified, Interactive System of Love and Light

You are every thing, every being, every emotion, every event, every situation. You are unity. You are infinity. You are love/light; light/love. You are. This is the Law of One.

Interconnected Creation. The Confederation presents a view of the universe as a unitary, interactive system where all things are interconnected. This creation is made of love and light, with the Creator's essence being unconditional love. The physical universe, from subatomic particles to galaxies, is a manifestation of this love/light energy.

Holographic Nature. Each part of the creation contains the whole, like a hologram. This implies that every individual, including humans, is a microcosm of the entire universe. Understanding this interconnectedness can profoundly shift one's perspective on life, relationships, and personal spiritual growth.

2. Free Will is the Foundation of Spiritual Evolution

The first distortion or movement away from the pure potential of the unmanifest Creator is free will.

Cosmic Principle. Free will is presented as the first and most fundamental principle of creation. It is the mechanism by which the Creator chooses to know Itself through the experiences of Its creation.

Personal Evolution. On a personal level, free will manifests as the ability to make choices that affect one's spiritual growth. This includes the choice to seek truth, to polarize towards service to others or service to self, and to engage in practices that enhance spiritual evolution. The exercise of free will is what allows for the exploration of different experiences and the accumulation of wisdom.

3. The Energy Body: A Gateway to Higher Consciousness

The energy ingress ends with indigo. The violet ray is a thermometer or indicator of the whole.

Chakra System. The Confederation describes an energy body system consisting of seven main chakras or energy centers, from the base (red) to the crown (violet). Each chakra corresponds to different aspects of human experience and consciousness.

• Red Ray: Survival and sexuality
• Orange Ray: Personal relationships
• Yellow Ray: Group relationships
• Green Ray: Heart chakra, unconditional love
• Blue Ray: Communication
• Indigo Ray: Intuition and spiritual insight
• Violet Ray: Integration of all energies

Energy Flow. The goal is to keep these energy centers clear and balanced, allowing the free flow of life energy (prana) through the system. This flow is essential for spiritual growth and accessing higher states of consciousness.

4. The Heart Chakra: Center of Unconditional Love and Spiritual Growth

You come into the outer courtyard of your own heart when you are ready at last to face your shadow self.

Gateway to Higher Consciousness. The heart chakra (green ray) is described as the pivotal center for spiritual evolution. It is the bridge between the lower, more physical-oriented chakras and the higher, more spiritually-oriented ones.

Self-Acceptance and Forgiveness. Opening the heart chakra involves facing and accepting one's shadow self - the aspects of oneself that are often denied or repressed. This process requires deep self-examination, forgiveness, and unconditional love for oneself and others.

• Face and acknowledge your shadow aspects
• Practice self-forgiveness and self-acceptance
• Cultivate compassion for yourself and others
• Release old pain and negative self-definitions

5. Polarity: Choosing Service to Others or Service to Self

The positive path yields service to others, the negative path yields service to self. Both paths are valid in the Law of One, but the positive path is emphasized.

Two Paths of Evolution. The Confederation describes two primary paths of spiritual evolution: service to others (positive polarity) and service to self (negative polarity). Both paths can lead to spiritual advancement, but the positive path is emphasized as more sustainable and harmonious with the nature of the universe.

Graduation Requirements. To graduate from third density (our current level of existence), one must polarize sufficiently:

• Service to Others: At least 51% of thoughts and actions oriented towards serving others
• Service to Self: At least 95% of thoughts and actions oriented towards serving self

Practical Application. Choosing service to others involves:

• Cultivating compassion and empathy
• Making choices that benefit the greater good
• Respecting the free will of others
• Seeking to understand and accept diverse perspectives

6. Faith and Forgiveness: Essential Tools for Spiritual Growth

Faith is deliberate confidence in the character of God whose ways you may not understand at the time.

Leap of Faith. Faith is presented as a powerful tool for spiritual growth. It involves trusting in the benevolence of the universe and the rightness of one's path, even when faced with challenges or uncertainties.

Power of Forgiveness. Forgiveness is emphasized as a key to spiritual evolution. It involves:

• Releasing old pain and grudges
• Freeing oneself from the burden of negative emotions
• Recognizing the unity of all beings
• Breaking the cycle of karma or "inertia of action"

Practical Application:

• Cultivate a daily practice of gratitude and trust
• When faced with difficulties, affirm "All is well"
• Practice forgiving yourself and others regularly
• Use challenges as opportunities for growth and learning

7. Balancing and Integrating Lower and Higher Energies

The key to balance may then be seen in the unstudied, spontaneous, and honest response of entities toward experiences, thus using experience to the utmost; then applying the balancing exercises and achieving the proper attitude for the most purified spectrum of energy center manifestation in violet ray.

Holistic Approach. The Confederation emphasizes the importance of balancing and integrating all aspects of one's being - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. This involves working with both the lower chakras (dealing with survival, relationships, and personal power) and the higher chakras (dealing with love, communication, and spiritual insight).

Balancing Exercises. A key practice involves reviewing one's experiences at the end of each day:

1. Identify moments of imbalance or strong emotion
2. Relive the experience in your mind
3. Allow the opposite emotion to arise and intensify
4. Find the point of balance between the two extremes

Integration. The goal is to achieve a balanced and integrated energy system, where all chakras are clear and functioning harmoniously. This state is reflected in the violet ray, which serves as an indicator of overall balance and spiritual development.

8. The Discipline of the Personality: Becoming a Spiritual Adept

The three aspects of the magical personality, power, love, and wisdom, are so called in order that attention be paid to each aspect in developing the basic tool of the adept; that is, its self.

Magical Personality. The Confederation introduces the concept of the "magical personality" or Higher Self - a more evolved version of oneself that can be accessed for guidance and spiritual work.

Developing the Self. Becoming a spiritual adept involves:

• Cultivating power, love, and wisdom in balance
• Developing self-discipline and self-knowledge
• Creating personal rituals and practices
• Learning to invoke and work with one's Higher Self

Practical Steps:

• Regular meditation and self-reflection
• Studying spiritual teachings and philosophies
• Practicing energy work and chakra balancing
• Developing a consistent ethical framework for decision-making

9. Work in Consciousness: Advanced Techniques for Spiritual Evolution

Work in the discipline of the personality is indigo-ray work. And it is facilitated greatly by persistent, daily work on one's desire.

Gateway to Intelligent Infinity. The Confederation describes advanced spiritual practices as "work in consciousness," which involves accessing the "gateway to intelligent infinity" through the indigo-ray chakra.

Techniques. Advanced practices include:

• Deep meditation and contemplation
• Channeling (with caution and proper preparation)
• Energy healing
• Sacred sexuality

Cautions and Responsibilities. Advanced work comes with increased responsibilities and potential challenges:

• The need for careful discernment and protection
• Increased likelihood of "psychic greeting" (negative influences)
• The importance of maintaining balance and groundedness
• The responsibility to live in accordance with channeled principles

Personal Development. Successful work in consciousness requires:

• Cultivating a strong desire for spiritual growth
• Developing discipline and consistency in practice
