Chris Pavone is a New York Times-bestselling author known for international thrillers including The Expats and Two Nights in Lisbon.
His sixth novel, The Doorman, publishes May 20, 2025.
His works have won Edgar and Anthony awards and been translated into over two dozen languages.
Pavone grew up in Brooklyn, attended Cornell University, and worked in publishing for nearly twenty years before moving to Luxembourg, where he began writing.
After living abroad, he returned to New York City.
He's been featured in the New York Times and on Face the Nation, and serves on the Authors Guild Council.
