A lifelong enthusiast of spooky stories, Erickson began writing horror in childhood.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Michigan State University and grew up in Mason, Michigan.
Currently, she lives near Traverse City with her husband, son, and three cats, continuing to craft atmospheric mysteries rooted in Michigan settings.
