Emma Knight
Emma Knight is a Canadian author, journalist, and entrepreneur based in Toronto.
She holds an MA in Journalism and MSc in International Development from Sciences Po in Paris.
Her writing has appeared in prestigious publications including Literary Hub, Vogue, The Globe and Mail, The Walrus, and The New York Times, covering topics like books and maternal health.
Knight co-hosts the culture podcast Fanfare and in 2014 co-founded Greenhouse, a multi-award-winning organic beverage company where she serves as Head of Brand.
She previously authored two bestselling cookbooks: How to Eat with One Hand and The Greenhouse Cookbook.
