Paul Kingsnorth
Paul Kingsnorth is an English writer living in western Ireland.
He studied modern history at Oxford and became deputy editor of The Ecologist.
In 2009, he co-founded the Dark Mountain Project, a literary movement addressing ecological and economic collapse.

Originally an environmentalist activist involved in road protests and indigenous rights campaigns, Kingsnorth has evolved toward cultural criticism and recently converted to Eastern Orthodox Christianity.
