Hannah Morrissey
Hannah Morrissey is a USA Today bestselling author celebrated for her Black Harbor suspense series, a collection of crime fiction novels that have helped establish a distinctive subgenre known as Midwestern Noir.
Her writing is widely praised for its hauntingly atmospheric settings and gritty, authentic Midwestern realism.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she studied English and Creative Writing, Morrissey brings an academic literary foundation to her work.
She currently lives near Milwaukee with her husband and three pugs, continuing to craft gripping crime fiction with additional works beyond the Black Harbor series forthcoming.
