Phil Melanson
Phil Melanson is a queer author whose debut novel draws on a rich academic and creative background.
A graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and the University of Warwick, he previously worked as a digital marketer for Hollywood film studios, contributing to campaigns for acclaimed films including Little Women, Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, and Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood.
He currently teaches with Boston University in London, where he lives with his husband.
His transition from film marketing to literary fiction reflects a deep passion for storytelling across different creative mediums.
