K. Scott Oliphint is a prominent Reformed theologian and apologist serving as Professor of Apologetics and Systematic Theology at Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia.
Educated at West Texas State University and Westminster, where he earned his Ph.D. in 1994, Oliphint is an ordained minister in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church and previously served in pastoral ministry in Texas before joining Westminster's faculty in 1991.
A prolific scholar, he has authored numerous books and articles, including Reasons for Faith and Revelation and Reason, and has contributed extensively to the Westminster Theological Journal.
