M.L. Stedman
M.L. Stedman is an Australian author born and raised in Western Australia, who now resides in London.
She burst onto the literary scene in 2012 with her debut novel, The Light Between Oceans, which became a global bestseller and book-club phenomenon, later adapted into a film starring Alicia Vikander and Michael Fassbender.
Known for emotionally complex, richly atmospheric storytelling, Stedman took over a decade to produce her sophomore novel, A Far-Flung Life.
