Aitor Sánchez García was born in Albacete, Spain in 1988.
He is a dietitian-nutritionist, food technologist, researcher, educator, and volunteer.
After abandoning childhood dreams of paleontology and medicine, he studied nutrition at the University of Alicante, where he received extraordinary prizes for his diplomas and degrees.
He later earned a degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Granada, where he currently pursues his doctorate in Human Nutrition focusing on Food Education.
Sánchez is also an active scout educator, dedicating significant time to youth development and critical citizenship.
