Manfred Spitzer, born May 27, 1958, in Lengfeld near Darmstadt, is a prominent German psychiatrist, psychologist, and academic.
Since 1998, he has served as Medical Director of the Psychiatric University Hospital in Ulm.
He also leads the Transfer Center for Neurosciences and Learning (ZNL), established there in 2004, which focuses primarily on neuroeducation.
