Blair Fell is a New York City-based writer and long-time ASL interpreter with over three decades of experience working with the Deaf community.
His television credits include Queer as Folk and the Emmy Award-winning California Connected, alongside dozens of award-winning stage plays.
His personal essays have appeared in publications such as HuffPost and Out.
A two-time winner of the prestigious Doris Lippman Prize in Creative Writing from the City College of New York — including for an early draft of The Sign for Home — Fell has also worked as an actor, producer, and director throughout his career.
