Miranda Dickinson grew up in a creative family where stories and songs were constant companions, naturally shaping her passion for words.
A prolific songwriter for over fifteen years, she has written more than thirty songs and performed across the UK and Europe, with a solo album, About Time, also to her name.
Miranda began writing fiction seriously with her debut novel, Coffee at Kowalski's, set in New York, which was discovered on HarperCollins' Authonomy platform and published as Fairytale of New York in 2009.
She has also written short stories, scripts, and contributes articles covering Birmingham and national topics.
