Rebecca Brown (born Ruth Irene Bailey) is a controversial Christian author and former physician.
In 1984, Indiana revoked her medical license after she repeatedly misdiagnosed patients with demonic possession instead of actual medical conditions.
A psychiatrist diagnosed her with acute personality disorders, including paranoid schizophrenia.
She mistreated patient Edna Elaine Moses with unnecessary drugs for fabricated leukemia.
After losing her license, Bailey became "Dr. Rebecca Brown" and, with Moses as roommate, promoted claims that Moses was a former Satanic high priestess.
They advocated controversial views against yoga, Catholicism, and role-playing games.
Brown later married and founded Harvest Warriors ministry.
