Michael Useem
Michael Useem is a professor in the Management Department at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he serves as Faculty Director of the Center for Leadership and Change Management and McNulty Leadership Program.
He teaches MBA and executive-MBA courses globally across the United States, Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
Useem consults on leadership development with organizations across private, public, and nonprofit sectors.
He co-anchors "Leadership in Action" on SiriusXM Radio and co-directs the annual CEO Academy.
He has authored numerous leadership books including The Edge, Go Long, and Boards That Lead.
