Heather Hansen
Heather Hansen is the founder and lead consultant of Global Speech Academy Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based communication consultancy and training firm.
She serves as an External Expert in Communication for National University of Singapore Business School's Executive Education programs.
Hansen specializes in helping global leaders build unmuted communication cultures that enhance efficiency, innovation, inclusion, and collaboration across diverse and dispersed teams.
She is a vocal advocate for global voices and linguistic inclusion, notably through her 2018 TEDx talk "2 Billion Voices: How to speak bad English perfectly." She has authored "Powerful People Skills" and "UNMUTED," and contributed to three additional books on global communication and people skills.
