Alma Katsu is an award-winning author known for her versatility in writing historical horror and spy novels.
Her upcoming book, "Fiend," is set to release in September 2025 through Putnam.
Katsu has authored eight novels, including popular titles such as "The Hunger," "The Deep," and "The Fervor" in the historical horror genre, as well as "Red Widow" and "Red London" in the spy fiction category.
Her work has garnered praise from renowned author Stephen King, who described her writing as "Hard to put down" and not recommended for nighttime reading.
Publishers Weekly has also commended Katsu's ability to make supernatural elements seem plausible in her storytelling.
