Eric Posner
Eric A. Posner is the Kirkland & Ellis Professor of Law at The University of Chicago.
A graduate of Yale College and Harvard Law School, he has authored numerous books including The Limits of International Law and Terror in the Balance.
He serves as editor of the Journal of Legal Studies and has published extensively on bankruptcy law, contract law, international law, constitutional law, and administrative law.
