Sara Saedi
Sara Saedi is an Iranian-born writer who immigrated to the United States as a child during the Iran-Iraq War.
She holds a B.A. in Film and Mass Communications from UC Berkeley and has worked extensively in television, writing for ABC Daytime, ABC Family, and FOX. Saedi has authored young adult novels and a memoir, drawing from her experiences as an immigrant.
Her work often explores themes of identity, culture, and coming-of-age.
Currently residing in Los Angeles, Saedi continues her writing career, contributing to the CW show iZombie.
Her latest novel, "I Miss You, I Hate This," was published in October 2022.
