A Letter to Liberals

1. Liberal values eroded during COVID-19 pandemic

Contemporary liberalism's only remaining artifacts of traditional FDR/Kennedy liberalism are its concern for environmental sustainability and its defense of ethnic and LGBTQ minorities from bigotry and official bullying.

Shift in liberal ideology. The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a significant departure from traditional liberal values. Many liberals abandoned their long-held principles of free speech, civil liberties, and skepticism towards big pharma and government overreach. Instead, they embraced censorship, mandatory vaccination, and unquestioning acceptance of official narratives.

Inconsistent application of values. Liberals who once championed bodily autonomy, free speech, and distrust of big corporations now support vaccine mandates, censorship of dissenting views, and pharmaceutical companies' interests. This shift has created a disconnect between historical liberal ideals and current practices, potentially alienating traditional liberal supporters.

2. Vaccine efficacy questionable, adverse events underreported

Government data from February 2022 from New South Wales, Australia, and summarized in this article show vaccinated make up 87 percent of cases, 87 percent of hospitalizations, and 77 percent of deaths among Australians.

Vaccine effectiveness overstated. Despite initial claims of high efficacy, real-world data suggests that COVID-19 vaccines may not be as effective as initially reported. Many highly vaccinated countries have experienced significant outbreaks and high death rates among the vaccinated population.

Adverse events concerns. The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) has recorded an unprecedented number of adverse events and deaths following COVID-19 vaccination. While the system has limitations, the sheer volume of reports warrants further investigation. Some key concerns include:

• Myocarditis in young people
• Increased all-cause mortality
• Potential long-term effects on the immune system

3. Natural immunity and early treatments overlooked

Leading front-line physicians like cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough—the most published physician in the history of his subspecialty— and Dr. Robert Malone, a Pentagon advisor and one of the key developers of the mRNA vaccine technology, and Yale statistician Dr. Harvey Risch, MD, PhD, all say that Dr. Fauci's protocols unnecessarily killed 500,000 to 800,000 Americans.

Natural immunity undervalued. Despite numerous studies showing the robust and long-lasting protection provided by natural immunity, public health policies largely ignored or downplayed its importance. This approach may have led to unnecessary vaccinations and overlooked a significant portion of the population already protected against COVID-19.

Early treatment protocols suppressed. Physicians advocating for early treatment protocols using repurposed drugs like ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine faced significant opposition and censorship. Countries and regions that implemented these treatments often saw better outcomes, suggesting that a more open approach to early intervention could have saved lives.

4. Lockdowns and mandates caused significant harm

Lockdowns created nearly five hundred new billionaires—who are now gorging on the bleached cadavers of America's massacred middle-class—and engineered a $3.98 trillion shift in wealth from the poor and working Americans to a new oligarchy of Pharma billionaires, social and mainstream media titans, surveillance state robber barons, and military contractors.

Economic devastation. Lockdowns and mandates resulted in massive economic disruption, disproportionately affecting small businesses and lower-income workers. The policies led to:

• Widespread job losses
• Business closures
• Increased poverty and food insecurity
• A significant wealth transfer to large corporations and billionaires

Mental health crisis. The isolation and stress caused by lockdowns contributed to a surge in mental health issues, substance abuse, and domestic violence. Children and young adults were particularly affected, with increased rates of depression, anxiety, and suicide attempts.

5. Children disproportionately affected by pandemic policies

A heartbreaking 24 percent of American teens report experiencing hunger.

Educational setbacks. School closures and remote learning led to significant learning losses, particularly for disadvantaged students. The impacts include:

• Widened achievement gaps
• Increased dropout rates
• Developmental delays in young children

Physical and mental health impacts. Children faced numerous health challenges due to pandemic policies:

• Increased obesity rates due to reduced physical activity
• Delays in social and emotional development
• Rising rates of mental health issues and suicide attempts
• Malnutrition and food insecurity for many low-income children

6. Media and Big Tech complicit in censorship

At the outset of the pandemic, most of the world's leading news organizations—BBC, Reuters, AP, AFD, CBC, CNN, CBS, ABC, Washington Post, Financial Times, Facebook, Google/YouTube, Microsoft, Twitter, and others—organized themselves into a collusive antidemocratic and anticompetitive cartel known as the Trusted News Initiative (TNI)—pledged to squelch and censor all reports about government COVID countermeasures that challenged official proclamations.

Suppression of dissent. Major media outlets and social media platforms actively censored or downplayed information that contradicted official narratives. This included:

• Removing content questioning vaccine safety or efficacy
• Suspending accounts of credentialed scientists and physicians
• Labeling alternative viewpoints as "misinformation"

Conflict of interest. Many media organizations received significant funding from pharmaceutical companies and government agencies, potentially compromising their objectivity in reporting on pandemic-related issues.

7. Constitutional rights infringed upon during pandemic response

The recent constitutional infringements included the normalization of censorship, the forced shuttering of churches nationwide, and the curtailments to our rights to gather, protest, and petition—via social distancing, lockdowns, vaccine passports, and mandates—all of which are in violation of the FIRST AMENDMENT's protections of speech, religious worship, and assembly.

Erosion of civil liberties. The pandemic response saw unprecedented restrictions on constitutional rights, including:

• Freedom of speech and assembly
• Religious freedom
• Right to due process
• Protection against unreasonable searches and seizures

Normalization of restrictions. The ease with which these rights were suspended sets a dangerous precedent for future crises, potentially allowing governments to invoke emergency powers to limit civil liberties.

8. Pandemic policies widened economic inequality

Lockdowns have cost a cataclysmic $16 trillion, according to the International Monetary Fund.

Disproportionate impact on the poor. While the wealthy were often able to work from home and maintain their incomes, low-wage workers and small business owners bore the brunt of economic shutdowns. This led to:

• Increased unemployment among lower-income groups
• Widening wealth gap between rich and poor
• Disproportionate impact on minority communities

Long-term economic consequences. The massive government spending and economic disruption caused by pandemic policies may have long-lasting effects:

• Increased national debt
• Potential for high inflation
• Reduced economic opportunities for future generations

9. Scientific debate and dissent suppressed

As Galileo understood, monolithic orthodoxies are the enemies of science. Science is a dynamic and continuous search for empirical truth, and the term "scientific consensus" is therefore an oxymoron.

Stifling of scientific discourse. The pandemic response saw an unprecedented suppression of scientific debate, with dissenting voices often silenced or marginalized. This approach:

• Hindered the exploration of alternative hypotheses
• Delayed potentially beneficial treatments
• Eroded public trust in scientific institutions

Politicization of science. Scientific findings and recommendations became increasingly tied to political ideologies, making it difficult to separate objective data from partisan narratives.

10. Public health agencies' data manipulation and lack of transparency

The CDC now acknowledges that only 6 percent of COVID casualties are certain to have died from COVID. The remaining 94 percent suffered from an average of 3.8 potentially lethal comorbidities, any of which could have been the true cause of death.

Misleading statistics. Public health agencies often presented data in ways that exaggerated the threat of COVID-19 or the effectiveness of interventions. Key issues include:

• Inflated death counts by including deaths with COVID rather than from COVID
• Inconsistent testing and reporting practices
• Lack of context in presenting risk factors and age-stratified data

Withholding of critical information. Agencies like the CDC were found to be withholding or delaying the release of important data, particularly when it didn't align with official narratives. This lack of transparency undermined public trust and hindered informed decision-making.
