1. The Deep State is Real and Threatens Democracy

This is a battle between the people and the corrupt ruling class.

Defining the Deep State. The Deep State is not a shadowy cabal with regular meetings but rather the politicization of core American institutions by high-level leaders and officials who disregard objectivity, weaponize the law, spread disinformation, and violate their oaths for political and personal gain. It operates within the government, media, Big Tech, and NGOs, undermining the foundations of the constitutional republic.

Erosion of Self-Government. The Deep State poses a significant threat to American democracy by operating independently of elections and the will of the people. It manipulates the national security apparatus, subverts presidential orders, and twists reality to serve its own purposes, effectively creating a tyranny that controls the American people.

The Stakes. The battle against the Deep State is not merely a partisan conflict but a fundamental struggle for the nature of American government. It is a choice between self-government by the people and rule by a small body of unelected oligarchs who prioritize their own power and interests over the well-being of the nation.

2. Russia Gate: A Manufactured Scandal

Russia Gate was as dangerous to our country as it was convoluted: Agents from the Democrat Party hired a foreign asset to cook up false rumors about the presidential nominee of the Republican Party.

Origins of the Hoax. Russia Gate was a criminal conspiracy orchestrated by the Democrat Party, which hired a foreign asset to fabricate false rumors about Donald Trump. These rumors were then used to hijack the law enforcement apparatus, unlawfully surveil Trump, and rig the election.

Key Players and Tactics. The scandal involved targeted disinformation campaigns by government operatives and the media, fueled by a fabricated "scandal" that led to a witch hunt investigation. This consumed years of Trump's presidency and undermined his administration.

Unveiling the Truth. The Trump era served as an "apocalypse" in the truest sense, unveiling the truth about unaccountable elites in Washington who believe that anything is justified to preserve their power. This realization prompted a deeper understanding of the Deep State's influence and its threat to American democracy.

3. The Nunes Memo Exposed Deep State Corruption

I learned that when you go after government corruption, you must be prepared to have your reputation destroyed by the fake news mafia and the corrupt Deep Staters in government.

The Investigation. As a staffer on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), Kash Patel led the investigation into Russia Gate, uncovering a criminal conspiracy by government officials. The investigation revealed that the FBI had obtained a FISA warrant to surveil Carter Page, a Trump campaign official, based on the Steele Dossier.

The Steele Dossier. The Steele Dossier, paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the DNC, contained outlandish and easily falsifiable claims about Trump. The FBI used this dossier, without disclosing its political origins, to justify spying on the Trump campaign.

Following the Money. By subpoenaing Fusion GPS's bank records, the investigation revealed that the Clinton campaign and the DNC had funneled millions of dollars through their law firm, Perkins Coie, to pay for the Steele Dossier. This exposed the political motivations behind the Russia collusion narrative.

4. The FBI's Politicization and Abuses of Power

The existence of an independent, unelected, politicized bureaucracy is not new.

Weaponizing the FBI. The FBI, as the primary investigatory agency within the executive branch, has been weaponized to target political opponents and suppress American citizens. This politicization poses a significant threat to American freedom and self-government.

The Carter Page FISA Warrant. The FBI's decision to obtain a FISA warrant on Carter Page allowed them to spy on most, if not all, of the Trump campaign communications. This invasive surveillance was based on the Steele Dossier, which the FBI knew was a total fiction.

Hiding Exculpatory Evidence. The FBI intentionally altered documents and hid exculpatory evidence from the FISA Court to secure and maintain the warrant against Carter Page. This demonstrated a clear abuse of power and a disregard for due process.

5. The Mar-a-Lago Raid: A Bridge Too Far

The Mar-a-Lago raid will go down in history as a sign of the destruction of our once great institutions of equal justice and fairness.

Unprecedented Action. The FBI's raid on Mar-a-Lago, the home of former President Donald Trump, marked an unprecedented escalation of political persecution. This action further eroded public trust in the FBI and the Department of Justice.

Political Motivation. The raid was allegedly justified by concerns about classified documents, but the timing and circumstances suggested a politically motivated attack. The FBI had to go judge shopping in order to find an extremely partisan magistrate who would approve the search warrant.

Covering Up Russia Gate Crimes. The raid may have been conducted to retrieve documents related to Russia Gate and Hillary's email scandal, which Trump had declassified. By seizing these documents, the FBI could prevent their release to the public and cover up their own corrupt actions.

6. The January 6th Narrative: A Political Weapon

The Deep State thinks that the Mar-a-Lago raid was just another play in their long-running campaign to destroy the America First movement.

Demonizing Trump Supporters. The narrative that January 6th was an insurrection has been used to demonize the over seventy million Americans who voted for Donald Trump in 2020. This has led to the targeting and persecution of law-abiding citizens who are labeled as "domestic terrorists."

Two-Tiered Justice System. January 6th protestors have been subjected to harsh treatment, including denial of bail and prolonged detention in terrible conditions. This stands in stark contrast to the lenient treatment of political allies and left-wing radicals.

The Role of the Media. The media has played a key role in promoting the false narrative of January 6th as an insurrection. They have amplified the voices of Deep State actors and suppressed dissenting viewpoints, contributing to the erosion of public trust.

7. Reforming the Department of Justice

The DoJ desperately needs a comprehensive housecleaning, and that starts at the top.

Equal Application of the Law. The DoJ must return to its role of prosecuting those who commit federal crimes, regardless of their political affiliation or position. Laws should be applied fairly and equally to all, without selective prosecutions or preferential treatment.

Accountability for Elites. Senior government officials, including those at the highest levels, must be held accountable for their crimes. This includes prosecuting leakers, those who mishandle classified information, and those who abuse their power for political gain.

Transparency and Disclosure. The DoJ should adopt a uniform standard for announcing investigations into public figures, ensuring that both parties are treated equally. This will prevent the DoJ from using the announcement of investigations to damage Republicans while waiting to announce investigations into Democrats until the announcement will do the least political harm.

8. Overhauling the Federal Bureau of Investigation

The FBI is now the prime functionary of the Deep State.

Relocating the FBI. Moving the FBI headquarters out of Washington, D.C., would help break up corrupt networks and reduce the agency's politicization. This would also place federal law enforcement agents where they belong, in everyday America rooting out crime and securing our communities.

Limiting the FBI's Authority. The scope of the FBI's authority must be dramatically limited and refocused on pursuing real, physical threats, not conducting ideological witch hunts. This can be achieved by reducing the size of the FBI's General Counsel office and requiring DoJ approval for all investigations.

Reforming the FISA Court. The FISA Court must be reformed to ensure greater transparency and accountability. This includes appointing long-term judges with national security expertise, providing public defenders to advocate for the accused, and requiring court reporters to transcribe all proceedings.

9. Reclaiming the National Security Council and Intelligence Community

Our goal is not to destroy federal law enforcement.

Restoring Congressional Oversight. Congress must exercise aggressive oversight of the NSC and the intelligence community, using its subpoena power to expose corruption and hold bad actors accountable. This will help bring these agencies back under the control of elected officials.

Trimming the Bloat. The size of the ODNI workforce must be reduced, and the agency's focus must be shifted to coordinating and sharing intelligence, not conducting independent intelligence gathering. This will help break down silos and improve the flow of information.

Ending Political Interference. The intelligence community must be prevented from interfering in domestic politics. This includes prohibiting the use of intelligence assets to target political opponents and prosecuting those who leak classified information for political gain.

10. Restoring Civilian Control of the Department of Defense

The Deep State is real—and if we want to save our country, we have to fight back.

Reasserting Presidential Authority. The president must have the authority to choose military leaders who are loyal to the Constitution and committed to implementing his agenda. This requires reforming the officer selection process and removing those who undermine civilian control of the military.

Ending the Revolving Door. Strict rules must be implemented to prevent the revolving door between the Pentagon and the Defense Industrial Complex. This will help reduce waste, fraud, and abuse in military spending and ensure that decisions are made in the best interests of the American people.

Rejecting Woke Ideology. The military must remain focused on its core mission of defending America and not be distracted by radical left-wing social engineering. This includes rejecting critical race theory and other divisive ideologies that undermine unit cohesion and morale.
