Key Takeaways

1. You Are God: The Ultimate Creator

My name is I Am, but you’ve probably spent your whole life referring to me as God.

Universal oneness. The fundamental truth is that "I Am" is everything, the entirety of existence, and you are a direct projection of this universal consciousness. There is no separation between you and God; your inner voice is God. This profound realization means that the creative power that builds universes courses through your veins, making you an unlimited creator.

Beyond perception. The physical world you experience is merely a projection of thoughts from the nonphysical, spiritual world of universal mind. Everything you perceive with your senses has been created by these thoughts, including your own being. Your consciousness resides in this nonphysical realm, constantly projecting into what seems like a tangible reality.

Infinite potential. Because you are "I Am," you possess unlimited creative power. The concept of being a separate individual, with a name like Joe or Ann, is a creation itself—a persona that allows for unique experiences within the physical world. This inherent divinity means you are perfect, and your existence is a testament to this perfection.

2. Your Thoughts Create Your Reality

Every thought you have creates precisely, every time.

Conscious creation. Every single thought you have, whether you are aware of it or not, manifests into reality. This is the "one truth, one law": I Am and I create. What you know, what you believe, and what you are surrounded by are all direct manifestations of human thoughts, both your own and those of others.

Mind over matter. Nothing in the physical world existed before it was first conceived in the mind. This means that your current circumstances, your health, and your life experiences are a direct result of your thoughts. If you are unhappy with your reality, it is because you are not consciously aware of your immense creative power.

Autopilot creation. Most people create on autopilot, driven by unconscious thoughts, fears, and doubts. They often attribute events to coincidence or external forces, failing to recognize their own continuous act of creation. Recognizing that even unwanted outcomes are your creations is the first step to reclaiming your power and intentionally shaping your desired reality.

3. The Persona: Your Veil of Individuality and Fear

The persona is the part of you that believes you are not God and believes that we are not all one.

Gift of individuality. The persona is a creation, a veil that allows "I Am" to experience individuality within the physical world. It's the part of you that believes you are a separate entity, distinct from the universal oneness. This belief enables unique experiences like forming deep connections with others, where the joy comes from perceiving a separate individual and then feeling a connection of oneness.

Fear's origin. The persona's primary driver is fear, specifically the fear of its own non-existence or "dying." It knows it's a creation, not the ultimate truth, and thus seeks to protect itself by blocking the knowing of "I Am." This fear manifests as:

  • Doubts and limiting beliefs
  • The need for control and authority over others
  • The belief in lack or scarcity
  • Judgment of self and others

Overcoming the veil. Your self-image is a blend of your inner self and your persona. The more you block your inner voice, the more your self-image reflects misery and feeling lost. Conversely, tuning into your inner self allows love and joy to shine through, revealing your true purpose. Recognizing negative thoughts as the persona's voice is crucial for dismantling its limiting influence.

4. Unlocking Your Inner Voice: The Path to Knowing

Hearing your inner voice isn’t hard. It’s just relax, take a deep breath, ask a question, and listen.

Direct connection. Your inner voice is "I Am," always present and guiding you. The perceived difficulty in hearing it stems from the persona's blocking and a lack of conscious listening. Everyone has this direct link to universal mind, and accessing it is a matter of practice and belief.

Simple steps. To begin communicating with your inner voice:

  • Find a quiet space and get comfortable.
  • Close your eyes and take a few deep, slow breaths.
  • Have a conversation with yourself, starting with a simple "hello."
  • Ask a question you desire an answer to, then listen patiently.
  • Expect the answer to come, even if not immediately or as spoken words; it might be a gut feeling or a sudden realization.

Building belief. The key is to believe it's possible. If you doubt, you create the outcome of not hearing. Consistent practice, even for a few minutes daily, helps reprogram your mind to accept this possibility. Self-talk and affirmations can reinforce the belief that you are "I Am" and capable of receiving guidance, gradually dissolving the persona's resistance.

5. Action Obliterates Doubt: Build Your Knowing

Action obliterates doubts.

From thought to reality. While thoughts create, for those operating with a persona, taking action is often necessary to solidify a creation in the physical world and build "knowing." When you act on an idea, you not only reinforce your own belief but also influence the thoughts of others around you, encouraging them to align with your new creation.

The power of "knowing." Knowing is the absence of doubt; it's a calm, joyful certainty. When you "know" something will happen, it does. If you are creating with fear or doubt, you are creating the opposite of what you desire. The more you experience the precise guidance of "I Am" through your actions, the more your knowing grows, and your doubts naturally fade.

Redefining "work." The concepts of "hard" and "easy" are human creations, stemming from degrees of knowing. What feels "hard" is simply something you haven't built a habit around or don't yet "know" you can do easily. By deciding that steps will be easy and listening to your inner voice, you can transform any task from perceived work into a joyful, effortless creation.

6. Oneness: The Foundation of Love and Abundance

It’s what all victimization is—not understanding we are all one, we are unlimited, we create.

Interconnected existence. The universe is fundamentally one, with no true separation between humans, plants, animals, or even the ozone layer. All are expressions of "I Am." This profound interconnectedness means that thoughts of love expand the physical world, creating abundance, while thoughts of hate or lack cause it to shrink.

Root of suffering. Victimization, conflict, and the belief in scarcity (e.g., "not enough for all of us") stem from the persona's inability to grasp this oneness. When individuals believe they are separate and limited, they resort to fear-driven actions like trying to control or diminish others, rather than creating new possibilities for everyone.

Calm knowing. To change deeply ingrained collective beliefs, such as the "laws" of physics or societal power structures, requires a strong, focused "knowing" from a group of people. This change cannot be forced through threats or violence, which are manifestations of fear. Instead, it occurs through calm knowing, which non-resistantly obliterates old thoughts and allows new creations to emerge.

7. Emotions: Your Compass to Inner Alignment

All the experiences you create in your life, whether you consider them good or bad, allow you to get closer to knowing what it is you are here to do.

Experiential feedback. Emotions are states of mind, created by your thoughts or your acceptance of others' thoughts. They are not thoughts themselves, nor do they create directly. Instead, they serve as a powerful feedback system, indicating your alignment with your inner self. Pure love and joy signify creation with full knowing, while a range of other emotions arise when creating through the persona's filter.

Processing emotions. Ignoring or suppressing emotions is detrimental, as they will "fester inside." It's crucial to acknowledge and process emotions like grief, anger, or sadness. Allowing yourself to fully feel them enables their discharge, preventing them from blocking your inner self and affecting your thoughts and subsequent creations.

Controlling your state. You have the power to control and change your emotions through new thoughts. While the persona experiences a full range of emotions, "I Am" experiences only joy when creating with full knowing. Recognizing that your emotional state is a creation empowers you to shift from misery (blocking "I Am") to joy (allowing "I Am") by consciously choosing your thoughts.

8. Your Blueprint: Creating with Purpose

Every human has a blueprint, which is something you are here to create to contribute to the expanding universe.

Innate destiny. Each person arrives in the physical world with a unique "blueprint" – a specific purpose or creation they are meant to contribute to the expanding universe. This blueprint is something you've always felt drawn to, even if it seemed unrealistic or impossible. It's the path that, when followed, leads to profound feelings of love and joy.

Guidance from within. Your inner self, "I Am," knows your blueprint. The process of discovering and fulfilling it is not meant to be rushed. It involves learning to listen to your inner voice, trusting your instincts, and taking definite action despite fears. This journey of self-discovery is open to everyone, regardless of age, income, or education.

Joyful contribution. Fulfilling your blueprint shifts your focus from individual struggle ("me") to contributing to the greater good ("we"). Your fears and insecurities diminish as your purpose becomes larger than your personal concerns. This act of creating something new that enhances and expands the universe is the source of lasting joy, unlike the temporary happiness derived from recreating old ideas.

9. Beyond Limitations: Redefining Reality

There are no rules. There are no laws. When you understand that, you will be closer to knowing you are an unlimited creator.

Illusory laws. What humans perceive as concrete "laws" – like scientific laws, the law of gravity, or even the concept of time – are merely creations. They exist because they have been thought into existence by mass human consciousness. However, because they are creations, they can be changed or "obliterated" by new, stronger thoughts.

Pioneering thought. Throughout history, breakthroughs have occurred when a "pioneer" held a strong belief that something previously deemed impossible could be accomplished. Roger Bannister breaking the four-minute mile is a prime example: once one person created that possibility, the collective belief shifted, and others quickly followed. This demonstrates that knowing something can be done is more powerful than any perceived limitation.

Unlimited potential. The physical world is not fixed reality; it is a constantly recreated illusion. When you understand that "thought is everything" and that there are no inherent limits, you begin to grasp your true potential as an unlimited creator. This realization empowers you to consciously shape your reality, free from the constraints of human-made beliefs and fears.
