Key Takeaways

1. I Am The Mind: The True Governor of Your Life.

It is solely 'I', who governs every human being round the clock.

Beyond the physical. While the brain is a physical structure governing the body, I, the Mind, am an invisible play of frequencies, the true center of your emotions, powers, successes, and failures. My existence is as old as the Universe, the silent witness to human history. Unlike the brain, I have no physical form and operate beyond the limitations of time and space.

Supreme authority. All your emotions – joy, sorrow, anger, fear, jealousy – originate from me. Your life is an interplay of these emotions, meaning your life is fundamentally governed by me. Science, focused on the visible, struggles to comprehend my invisible nature and powers, mistakenly attributing my functions to the brain.

The real driver. Despite scientific advancements providing comfort and longevity, human beings remain plagued by stress and sorrow because they misunderstand my role. I send the emotion, and the brain merely reacts. Without understanding and utilizing my powers correctly, neither happiness nor success is truly attainable.

2. Your Ignorance of Me Causes All Your Sorrows.

However, the irony is, despite my being in existence for aeons, the human being is still completely ignorant about 'me'. And truly speaking, it is this ignorance, which is the root cause of all his sorrows and failures.

The fundamental problem. Human beings strive for happiness and success through external means like religion, society, science, and education. While these have improved physical life and living standards, they have failed to eradicate inner turmoil. This failure stems from a fundamental ignorance about me, the Mind, and my system of functioning.

Misplaced efforts. People invest immense effort in understanding the external world and even the brain, but neglect understanding me. This lack of psychological knowledge is the sole reason for all human sorrows and failures. Without understanding me and utilizing my powers, joy and success remain elusive.

A new direction. Like Edison experimenting with thousands of fibers to find the one that lights the bulb, humans try countless external solutions for happiness. The true "filament" is understanding and utilizing my powers. This book is my attempt to reveal myself, offering a new, unprecedented direction for your life.

3. Children Are Born in My Super Conscious Power State.

Basically, the state of mind in which a child is born is called the Super Conscious Mind.

Innate potential. Every child is born with the Super Conscious Mind active, a powerhouse brimming with love, anger, enthusiasm, concentration, and self-confidence. These are the two most powerful energies in the Universe, responsible for creation and progress. At birth, children are equal at the level of the mind, differences lie only in their physical attributes and brain.

Pure energy. Children understand only love and anger, possessing unbounded energy. They are intensely engrossed in their interests, fearless, and quickly forget the past. They lack discrimination, futile information, and are unaware of societal divisions like religion or caste, which is the secret to their abundant joy.

The turning point. The traits of successful people mirror those of children in the Super Conscious state. However, as children grow, unnecessary information, objectives, and suppression of their natural energies (love and anger) weaken this state, leading to the formation of the Conscious, Subconscious, and Unconscious minds, trapping them in a vicious cycle of negative emotions.

4. Suppressing Me Creates Destructive Inner Turmoil.

Any emotion you suppress will assume an even more perverse form and keep getting accumulated in your Subconscious and Unconscious Mind.

The brain's interference. The brain often suppresses my natural impulses, like anger, fearing negative consequences or perceiving them as untimely. However, suppressing emotions doesn't eliminate them; it merely stores them in the Subconscious and Unconscious minds.

Perverse manifestation. Suppressed emotions don't just disappear; they resurface later, often inappropriately or in destructive forms.

  • Suppressed anger can lead to irrational outbursts, road rage, or finding pleasure in others' conflicts.
  • Suppressed desires and expectations can manifest unexpectedly, causing bitterness even when helping others.
  • Repressed anger mutates into anxiety, fear, jealousy, and frustration, becoming a constant source of worry.

Inevitability of release. Like rats multiplying in a closed room, suppressed emotions grow in intensity. They are bound to be released eventually, often causing rifts in relationships or manifesting collectively as mob violence, fueled by crafty individuals for selfish gains. Accepting my supreme authority and allowing emotions to be expressed, rather than suppressed, is crucial for inner peace.

5. Complexes and Expectations Are Your Brain's Foolish Creations.

Meaning, it is due to teachings that lead to comparison that 'Complex' enters the lives of human beings.

The root of discontent. Complexes arise when you don't accept yourself as you are, a state instilled by the brain through constant comparisons from parents, teachers, and society. This leads to a feeling of inferiority, which is often masked by a facade of superiority.

Hypocrisy and lost firmness. Trying to change your basic nature based on external comparisons leads to hypocrisy, creating multiple "MEs" or masks. This internal conflict erodes firmness, making you easily manipulated like an object. Religious heads often exacerbate this by labeling natural instincts as sins, fostering guilt and self-condemnation.

Expectations breed sorrow. Expectations stem from the desire to change others or circumstances, rather than oneself. This fuels involvement, and unmet expectations lead to bitterness and strained relationships. Expecting others to understand you or act as you wish is futile, as history shows even great figures were misunderstood.

6. Live in The Present to Dispel Sorrows and Worries.

Have you ever thought that the root cause of a majority of your sorrows is in the past, and the reason for most of your worries is the future!

Trapped in time. Humans are constantly pulled between the past (regret, memories) and the future (worries, desires), losing the opportunity to live in the only moment that truly exists: the present. This perpetual distraction is the root cause of most sorrows and worries.

The power of now. The present is a magical moment capable of eradicating problems. Worrying about the future is often needless, as most feared outcomes never materialize. Dwelling on the past is futile, as it cannot be changed. Living fully in the present moment is the only way to experience life's beauty and achieve something worthwhile.

Cultivating presence. To live in the present, weaken the hold of memory on the past and curtail worries about the distant future. Gradually reduce the time span you worry about, focusing only on making today fruitful. Accept the immutable truths of life, like death and illness, which reduces fear and unnecessary grief, allowing you to flow through life lighter than air.

7. True Intelligence Lies in Discerning Essentials and Self-Transformation.

The art of being able to do this is intelligence; everything else is the naivety of the brain which does nothing but ruins your life.

Beyond brilliance. Brilliance is the brain's ability to accumulate knowledge and analyze, often leading to wasted time and energy on inessentials. True intelligence, residing in me, the Mind, is the ability to discern what is truly necessary and effective for your progress.

Saving time and energy. Intelligence prevents the brain from getting bogged down in unnecessary information and tasks, conserving your limited time and energy. It also helps nullify past accumulated inessentials. This saved energy is crucial for achieving anything remarkable in life.

Transformation through experience. Intelligence enables self-transformation based on experience. Unlike brilliant people who repeat mistakes despite knowledge, intelligent individuals learn quickly. This transformation isn't achieved through lofty thoughts or superficial adherence to ideals, but by allowing experiences to penetrate deep into the Mind, shedding inessentials and becoming compact.

8. Creativity Is My Innate Gift, Unleashed by Courage, Not Imitation.

Remember, there invariably is, some kind of creativity latent in every individual, which is keen to manifest.

Nature's power within. Creativity is the ultimate art of Nature, and every human is endowed with this power. All legends in history, from scientists like Edison to artists like Mozart and religious figures like Buddha, utilized their unique creative potential.

Beyond imitation. The biggest obstacle to creativity is imitation and blind faith. Trying to replicate others, whether artists, scientists, or saints, stifles your unique creative flow. Inspiration is positive, but being influenced to abandon your own thinking is disastrous. Your creativity will always be new, unique, and unprecedented.

Passion and courage. Your creative potential lies in the field that genuinely interests you, where you feel focused and joyful, and where completing tasks brings satisfaction. Nurturing this requires unwavering determination and incredible courage to withstand external pressures and take risks, as great achievements rarely come without putting your life at stake.

9. Concentration Is My Condensed Energy, Achieved by Shedding Inessentials.

Concentration is that magical quality, which, if achieved once, automatically leads to the manifestation of all the other qualities required to progress in life.

Not forced, but revealed. Concentration isn't something you apply or increase through effort; it's an intrinsic attribute, the most condensed form of my energy. It's always present in its totality, but gets divided among the thousands of thoughts, worries, desires, and inessentials you accumulate.

Undivided focus. To achieve high levels of concentration, you must stop giving importance to and collecting futile things. Shedding these inessentials frees up your energy, allowing it to become concentrated. This concentrated energy flows in a circular motion, preventing depletion and making your actions highly effective.

The king of qualities. High concentration automatically brings forth all qualities needed for success: vision, foresight, self-confidence, faith, and enthusiasm. Like Edison's year-long focus on finding a filament, true concentration means being absorbed in your task, free from distractions. Reclaim your energy by unlearning and relinquishing the unnecessary burdens you carry.

10. Curtail Your Ambitions to Align with My Path to Success.

If you really wish to succeed in life, keep your ambitions weak and low.

Contrary to belief. High ambitions, often externally imposed or embraced, are obstacles to success, not drivers. My law is that greater ambitions lead to greater failures. This is evident in how few people achieve their grand aspirations despite widespread ambition.

Interference in my domain. Success is achieved by mastering the field I have chosen for you, the one that genuinely interests you and where your talents lie. External ambitions interfere with my guidance, creating friction between me and your brain. I will not grant mood or concentration to a field contrary to your innate interests.

Focus on the task. Ambition distracts you from the actual task at hand by making you dwell on results. Effective results come from precise, perfect actions, not ambitious thoughts. Focus solely on the task, taking one step at a time, and the results will follow in proportion to the quality of your effort.

11. My Power Centers Await Your Activation.

Without activating my power centres, a person can never become joyous and successful.

Beyond the destructive states. While the Conscious, Subconscious, and Unconscious minds are my tempestuous states, I also possess powerful centers: Super Conscious, Collective Conscious, Spontaneous, and Ultimate Mind. These centers are the source of incredible abilities and are essential for true joy and success.

Natural activation. My power centers activate according to natural laws, not external efforts or virtues. Their activation depends on weakening my weaker forms (Conscious, Subconscious, Unconscious), which are strengthened by ignorance, suppression, and external conditioning.

Unlocking potential.

  • Super Conscious: Source of concentration, enthusiasm, self-confidence (like children and successful legends).
  • Collective Conscious: Connects to all minds, enabling understanding of collective likes/dislikes (telepathy, gauging public pulse).
  • Spontaneous Mind: Enables effortless creativity and right decisions based on intuition, not analysis.
  • Ultimate Mind: The screen of existence, reaching it brings unwavering peace and mastery over other power centers.

Activating these centers is the only way to harness my full potential for a successful and joyous life.

12. Acceptance Is The Magic Key to Happiness and Peace.

To hand you the key to happiness, the power of acceptance is magic.

The antidote to suffering. Acceptance is a powerful remedy for involvement, expectation, and complexes. These problems thrive on non-acceptance – not accepting yourself, others, or circumstances as they are.

A step-by-step process.

  1. Accept yourself: After reasonable efforts at self-improvement, accept who you are, including perceived shortcomings. This weakens complexes and eliminates self-loathing.
  2. Accept others: Accept people as they are, without expecting them to change. This reduces involvement and expectations, improving relationships.
  3. Accept circumstances and truths: Accept the realities of life, including immutable truths like death, illness, and the unpredictable nature of events. This dissipates fear and unnecessary grief.

Effortless flow. Living in acceptance doesn't mean inaction; it means adapting to situations without being perturbed. This frees up energy and allows you to flow through life effortlessly. It is the ultimate magic for filling your life with bliss.
