Key Takeaways

1. You are the creator of your own reality through your thoughts

You are the creator of your own life experience, and as the creator of your experience, it is important to understand that it is not by virtue of your action, not by virtue of your doing—it is not even by virtue of what you are saying—that you are creating. You are creating by virtue of the thought that you are offering.

Thoughts create reality. Every thought you think has a vibrational frequency that attracts similar thoughts and experiences. As you focus on certain thoughts, they gain momentum and eventually manifest in your physical reality. This process is constant and applies to all aspects of your life - relationships, finances, health, and more.

Conscious creation. While you're always creating through your thoughts, whether you're aware of it or not, the key is to do it consciously. By deliberately choosing thoughts that align with your desires, you can shape your life experience intentionally. This requires awareness of your thought patterns and a willingness to redirect negative thoughts towards more positive ones.

Action follows thought. While action is important, it's secondary to thought in the creation process. Inspired action that comes from aligned thoughts is far more effective than action taken from a place of fear, lack, or desperation. When your thoughts are in harmony with your desires, you'll naturally be inspired to take actions that bring those desires to fruition.

2. The Law of Attraction responds to your vibration, not your words

Your attention to it, and therefore your vibrational alignment with it, is what is causing the response—not your words.

Vibration trumps words. The Law of Attraction, which governs the manifestation of your desires, responds to the vibration of your thoughts and feelings, not just the words you speak. This means that simply affirming positive statements isn't enough if your underlying feelings and beliefs don't match.

Emotional alignment is key. To attract what you want, your emotions need to be in alignment with your desires. For example, if you're saying "I want to be wealthy" but feeling frustrated about your current financial situation, you're actually attracting more financial frustration.

  • Focus on feeling good about your desired outcome
  • Practice visualizing and emotionally experiencing your desires as if they're already true
  • Pay attention to any conflicting beliefs or emotions and work on resolving them

Consistency matters. Your dominant vibration, which is determined by your habitual thoughts and feelings, is what the Law of Attraction responds to. Occasional positive thoughts aren't enough to override a consistently negative vibration. Work on maintaining a positive vibration consistently to see significant changes in your life circumstances.

3. Emotions are your guidance system for alignment with Source

The way you feel is your indication of your balance of vibration. Now, here's why: You are Source Energy in a physical body, and many of you know that.

Emotional GPS. Your emotions serve as a personal guidance system, indicating how aligned you are with your true self, or Source Energy. Positive emotions like joy, love, and enthusiasm signal alignment, while negative emotions like fear, anger, and depression indicate misalignment.

Moment-by-moment feedback. This emotional guidance system provides constant, real-time feedback on your thoughts and focus. By paying attention to how you feel, you can:

  • Identify thoughts that are out of alignment with your desires
  • Redirect your focus towards more positive-feeling thoughts
  • Make choices that bring you into greater alignment with Source

Cultivate emotional awareness. Developing a keen awareness of your emotional state is crucial for utilizing this guidance system effectively. Practice checking in with your feelings regularly and use them as a barometer for the quality of your thoughts and focus.

4. Negative emotions indicate resistance to your desires

Whenever you feel negative emotion, it always means that you are in the process of attracting something unwanted.

Resistance blocks desires. Negative emotions are not just unpleasant feelings; they're indicators that you're resisting the very things you want. This resistance comes from thoughts that contradict your desires, often stemming from limiting beliefs or past experiences.

Identify and release resistance. When you feel negative emotions:

  1. Acknowledge the feeling without judgment
  2. Identify the thought causing the feeling
  3. Ask yourself what you want instead
  4. Focus on that desired outcome and how it would feel to have it

Shift focus gradually. Sometimes, especially with long-standing issues, it's challenging to jump directly from a negative state to a positive one. In these cases, aim for gradual improvement in how you feel. Use the Emotional Guidance Scale to move up incrementally:

  1. Depression/Powerlessness
  2. Anger
  3. Frustration
  4. Hope
  5. Optimism
  6. Joy/Love/Appreciation

5. Positive thoughts and feelings attract positive experiences

As you think thoughts of ease promote wellness, while chronic stressful or resentful or hateful or fearful thoughts promote disease, but whether the result shows up suddenly (as in falling and breaking your bones) or more slowly (as in cancer), whatever you are living always matches the balance of your thoughts.

Thought-experience correlation. Your thoughts and feelings directly influence your experiences, including your physical health, relationships, and external circumstances. Consistently positive thoughts and emotions attract positive experiences, while negative ones attract unwanted situations.

Preventive wellness. Maintaining a positive mental and emotional state is crucial for overall well-being. It's much easier to prevent unwanted circumstances through positive thinking than to reverse negative situations once they've manifested. Focus on:

  • Cultivating gratitude for what's going well in your life
  • Visualizing desired outcomes with positive emotion
  • Reframing challenges as opportunities for growth

Practice makes perfect. Developing a consistently positive mindset takes time and practice. Start by setting aside time each day to focus on positive thoughts and feelings. As you build this habit, you'll find it easier to maintain a positive outlook even in challenging situations.

6. Appreciation is the highest vibrational state

Appreciation and love, and alignment to that which is Source, is the ultimate "giving back," so to speak. In your pain or struggle, you have nothing to give back.

Power of appreciation. Appreciation is one of the highest vibrational states you can achieve, aligning you most closely with Source Energy. When you're in a state of genuine appreciation, you're a perfect match to your desires and open to receiving them.

Cultivate appreciation daily. Make a habit of focusing on things you appreciate:

  • Keep a gratitude journal
  • Practice finding positive aspects in challenging situations
  • Express appreciation to others regularly

Appreciation vs. gratitude. While similar, appreciation has a slightly different quality than gratitude. Appreciation is more about recognizing and enjoying the positive aspects of something in the present moment, without the context of having overcome a struggle (which can sometimes accompany gratitude).

7. Your life is a reflection of your chronic thoughts and beliefs

A belief is only a thought you continue to think, and when your beliefs match your desires, then your desires must become your reality.

Beliefs shape reality. Your current life circumstances are a direct reflection of your habitual thoughts and deeply held beliefs. These chronic thought patterns act as a filter through which you perceive and interact with the world, ultimately shaping your experiences.

Identify limiting beliefs. To change your reality, you must first become aware of your current beliefs, especially those that limit you. Common limiting beliefs include:

  • "I'm not good enough"
  • "Money is hard to come by"
  • "Relationships are difficult"
  • "Success requires struggle"

Change beliefs consciously. Once you've identified limiting beliefs, work on replacing them with empowering ones. This process involves:

  1. Questioning the validity of the limiting belief
  2. Finding evidence that contradicts it
  3. Consciously choosing a new, empowering belief
  4. Reinforcing the new belief through affirmations, visualization, and aligned action

8. Focus on what you want, not what you don't want

You cannot focus upon negative aspects and expect positive results. You have to begin telling a different story.

Redirect negative focus. The Law of Attraction doesn't distinguish between wanted and unwanted; it simply responds to what you focus on. When you focus on problems or lack, you attract more of the same. Instead, train yourself to focus on solutions and desired outcomes.

Practice pivoting. When you catch yourself thinking about what you don't want:

  1. Stop and acknowledge the unwanted thought
  2. Ask yourself, "What do I want instead?"
  3. Focus on that desired outcome and how it would feel to have it

Positive aspect exercise. Regularly practice finding positive aspects in various areas of your life. This could involve:

  • Making a list of things you appreciate about your job, relationship, or living situation
  • Finding silver linings in challenging situations
  • Focusing on the potential for positive change rather than current problems

9. Alignment with Source Energy brings joy and abundance

When you are in alignment with who-you-really-are (with your Inner Being or Source), you cannot help but uplift those with whom you come into contact, and in that alignment, you do not notice so many others who are not in alignment.

Source connection is key. Aligning with Source Energy, or your true self, is the foundation for experiencing joy, abundance, and fulfillment. This alignment allows you to tap into infinite potential and wisdom beyond your physical perspective.

Signs of alignment:

  • Feeling joyful, enthusiastic, and inspired
  • Experiencing synchronicities and "lucky" coincidences
  • Having a sense of ease and flow in your activities
  • Feeling confident and secure, regardless of external circumstances

Cultivate alignment practices. Develop daily habits that help you maintain alignment with Source:

  • Meditation or quiet reflection
  • Engaging in activities that bring you joy
  • Spending time in nature
  • Practicing self-care and self-love
  • Following your intuition and inspired action

10. Change your story to change your life experience

If you will let your dominant intent be to revise and improve the content of the story you tell every day of your life, it is our absolute promise to you that your life will become that ever-improving story.

Narrative power. The story you tell about your life - to yourself and others - shapes your reality. By consciously changing your narrative to focus on what you want and appreciate, you can dramatically improve your life experience.

Rewrite your story. To change your life story:

  1. Identify the current stories you tell about various aspects of your life
  2. Notice where these stories focus on lack, struggle, or unwanted circumstances
  3. Rewrite each story to emphasize what you want, appreciate, and expect to improve
  4. Practice telling these new stories consistently, both internally and to others

Future focus. While acknowledging your current reality, put more emphasis on where you're going than where you've been. Describe your life as you want it to be, using present tense as if it's already happening. This helps align your vibration with your desires, making them more likely to manifest.
